I have worked with the Northwestern for 5 years and I find the work challenging and very rewarding. Often times individuals are not recognized or given the ability to make their own career path, but here you are given that ability. For the right person this is an unbelievably rewarding career, both finanically and personally. You do have to work harder in the beginning but that is what makes it more rewarding than other opportunities out there. Stick with it in the early years and seek out peers and leaders to lean on when you need to.
