Nouria is an ok company to work for Ive worked here for a while now and the treatment isn't great
Not only have I been assaulted on the job by a coworker with no one doing anything about it even after trying to get some help from my higher ups they decided that the best course of action was to cut my hours from full time hours working 6 days a week to only getting 8 hours over two 4 hours shifts
Myself and a few other workes I've met have been promised higher positions in the company just to either have it taken away from us or still be in waiting (I've officially waited a year and a half for the assistant manager position)
Allowing customers to sexually harass employees! Multiple times has there been incidents of customers sexually harassing employees and management getting mad at employees for ruining business by calling the cops or asking the customer to leave
Disability or physical health!
Disability and physical health seems to be the least of most managers worries myself and other employees have brought in medical notes from doctors just to have them ignore and threatened to be fired or have hours cut or not even sent to HR for proper accommodations!
