Employees get fired without any written warnings nor verbal warnings. Gossip is a mainstay prevalent among tight-knit-cliques filled with drama, lies and lack of work ethics. A rare few must work ten times harder to make up for the lack of presence of others. Customers are always complaining daily about some of the employees who are very rude, foul mouth and give customers the perception that they are not wanted in the store as if the customer is a nuisance to their day, that is what many customers feel. Assitant Manager never worked 40 full hours, she was always taking AT LEAST four 15 mimute cigarette breaks, then she takes more time away when the Manager was gone, then she would always leave about 2 hours early and she would complain about the Manager behind his back, blame him for things SHE does and she blames everyone else too. There is another employee who is always very rude to customers, she forces them to do self-check out so customers get mad. Other employees cause issues too. The District Manager needs to do a much better job at making sure Assistant Managers and Managers pull their weight in the stores, they rip off the company by taking too much time off doing nothing.
