Benefits and salary ok. Training is decent at best.

Cons

If you want to be micromanaged then take the job. If you enjoy to be harassed and threatened take the job. Management is way out of line. The company measures your performance based on quantity of calls not quality. No strategies provided by management. This is not a good place to work.

Pros

Great technology. Great owners. Has the products to help patients but only thinks dollars and markets differently. No customer service.

Cons

Bad sales management. Environment is hostile and negative. Middle management does not know products very well. Large turn over of staff, especially sales. Burn out! Employees are always watching their backs. This is a bad environment to be successful in.

1. The employees are very family oriented (not management so much) 2. Parking is good, right behind the building 3. Location is good, in a Tech hub area, without being on the traffic side 4. Cafe on site 5. Tuition reimbursement

Cons

1. 2 weeks time off (includes sick and personal days) 2. Offered tuition reimbursement, but not for online classes (even for those that traveled 50% of the time) 3. No comp time (only applied to specific employees) 4. Low salary increases 5. Different policies for different employees within the same overall department
