      Company expands and runs out of space. The layout is becoming more and more messy and disorganized. People are on top of each other.

      Pros

      I started off as a Co-op in the R&D department working among mechanical engineers. After two co-op semesters, NOVA has kept me on part-time until my graduation date at which point they have offered me a generous salary. I have consistently been supported and pushed towards learning more and reaching my personal professional goals.

      Cons

      The early hours of operation are hard, but also make for easier commutes.
