If you have good relations with team leader or group leader than you are lucky (at specially in Billerica strips factory). Other wise you get trouble. They don't track your records what you doing , management just believe in Team leader and group leader.

Cons

management don't care how people suffering from their stupid team leader and group leader concept. TL and GL is giving chance for overtime for few people who are their own personal friend they never giving a chance to other even when we ask about it they said all fill up.. For Saturday, but the situation is they naver asked us about over time... And we fill management will ask for it why only same people's working for overtime but no we nave get the question from them if someone complain for it , than situation is more worse for those people who complain so ... It's too bad.. " mentally harassment " by team leader and group leader....

This is a very comfortable company to work for in that the job is very secure. Easy going environment.

Cons

Pay is terrible. The top 15 people in the company are making out like bandits while they exploit the rest.
