The company still maintains a smaller company feel, despite its growth to a moderate size. The daily presence of the owners is an indication of committment from the top down. The employees are very dedicated and loyal, with many have been employed here for 10, 20, and 30 plus years.

Cons

The compensation can sometimes lag a little too much behind accomplishments and assumed responsibilities.
