Pros

Outstanding products and they only glucose meter that is waived for the critically ill patients. The big focus is glucose, lactate and creatinine.

Cons

Poor marketing and micro management. The company will have "ride alongs," with you manager every six weeks where you will be evaluated.

Other Sales Reps are nice and fun to work with.

Cons

Sales Management is a joke. The best way to describe it is if you took characters from Goodfellas, Mad Men and the Godfather and created a management team it would closely resemble Nova's sales management style. Frankly, you will be happier being unemployed than you would be working for Nova in a sales role.

Good benefits, friendly easygoing atmosphere, free parking, a few very good products

Cons

A few inferior products that are difficult to support, poor communication, virtually no organized training or ongoing education for employees, no recycling of plastics, top-down management style, "rules" are made and broken to suit the current situation, low salaries
