Pros

Easy place to work (unless it is manufacturing). Good place to work, if in the right group, with the right manager. Good place to get a jump start.

Cons

Gotta put in the years and better know a few people. Not where you want to be if you are the breadwinner. Place is full of old timers and they run the show. Place has its share of weirdos. Family based and owned, uncertain future.
