At NovaTech they have perfected the work/life balance. Management allows flexibility to accommodate family needs as well as encourages employees to continue their education.

Cons

Laid back atmosphere, flexible, location

Cons

Mid to lower pay range, no HR on site to see issues, no advancement oppurtunities

* There is a corporate culture of recognizing and congratulating people who get stuff done * Health and wellbeing of employees is a priority * The work is interesting (to me!) and there is lots of company pride

Cons

* The Orion division is in Kansas, so if you aren't in Kansas, but want to work in the Orion division, this is defo a con.
