      Pros

      Solid combination of pay, benefits and PTO accrual

      Cons

      Inability to work from home, Work life balance always out of whack, skeleton crew staffing makes taking PTO difficult causing people to work sick, Zero Invesment in employee training and development. Inadequate, outdated tools and facilities (computers well over six years old, DPS campus is falling apart tons of building issues) Poor communication between departments. Paths for career advancement are nonexistent and done in secrecy. A total lack of transparency and accountability from management and senior leadership. Replacing full time employees with contractors resulting in a huge drop off in customer service.
