      BALMC- Sneaky Job Description

      Great benefits, but are expensive. Great pay.

      Cons

      They do not disclose during the interview or on the job posting that employees may have to float to other facilities. This info is found on the JD that is presented about a week after new employees make it to the unit & are asked to sign. It’s horrible they way they orient new staff. Stay away from “new managers”, the ones that have never managed before. They lay such high sign on bonuses bc the company is deteriorating year after year.

      Most of the people are nice.

      Cons

      Management can not lead their way out of a wet paper bag. They have no skill in leadership. The company does not care about employees. I would not take my family there to get medical care or recommend anyone to work here.
