Cons
if you're a nurse considering working here - management does not care about you. Non-clinical people call the shots and pretend to value the input of their staff - then they turn around and understaff every single unit, pulling nurses from one to another. Turnover is high and sometimes you find yourself on a unit full of new grads because experienced nurses have moved on to greener pastures. The thing is - they know they're the only big employer of nurses in this region - and they know they can get away with doing whatever they want to do.
