      Overworked, Understaffed ALWAYS and Unappreciated unless your a Nurse I feel bad how Underappreciated i see the other departments in the hospital If you try to transfer out to another department or different location you current manager can deny your transfer so if your unhappy you have no where to go often times but to leave.
