      Pros

      Good benefits, reliable income. Much of your experience depends on management one or two rungs above you. There is no oversight from the corporation to ensure basic things are done appropriately for employees or patients. It’s a frenzied free for all. Oh, this is supposed to be pros- that’s a tough sell.

      It’s like the coal mining towns in the days of old that were owed by the owners of the coal mines. You. Cannot. Escape.

      I get to do what I love and work for a company that helps people. I’ve been with this organization 15 years and have had the opportunity to advance n different areas.

      No place can be perfect since there are no perfect people. I have no cons for this organization.
