Pros
My coworkers were the best part of my job, but aside from that there wasn’t much else.
Cons
They expected us to take 7-8 patients at once, staffing was horrible and the pay did not compare to the work they expected RN’s to put in. Not to mention, they had literally no aides whatsoever so the nurse was expected to do both jobs and care for that many patients at one time. Oh and they will request you to work OT as much as they possibly can get out of you because they have no staff. I’ve worked at 7 hospitals in my time and have never had such a bad experience like what I experienced here. I really hope things change for the better.
