      Pros

      I was able to work with an amazing doctor that supported my dreams and future.

      Cons

      Terrible manager at the office I was at. Really only focused on them rather than the employees. When they needed help I was always willing to help but when I needed help from my manager it was like pulling teeth. Unable to help the employees when needed.

      Pros

      Absolutely the best job I've ever had! Great leadership and co-workers. Awesome physicians and lots of room for growth. I look forward to a nice long career with Novant.

      Cons

      I honestly can't complain about much other than we don't get annual raises based on performance but it would be nice.
