      Strong shared Governance Frontline team members are involved in decisions affecting the organization. Team ideas are highly considered and often turn into best practices... Service Standards are role modeled by all leaders

      Cons

      Signage for way finding can be a challenge for patients and families. Parking for families and patients can be a challenge because of the distance at the larger hospitals.

      Good team work among the nursing staff.

      Cons

      they say self scheduling but it's really not. They don't even ask if you can work a certain day, they just put you on the schedule. Coming from another state, the pay sucks!!! The staff need to go Union!
