      Coworkers are great and supportive

      Cons

      Management/administration is horrible. It's like they've never worked with a patient a day in their life and have no idea what it's like to be a frontline worker. Every time a new rule/policy is put out, it makes our job harder and more exhausting. Blatantly ignoring the staffing crisis and making it worse on existing staff. Insurance options are also getting worse
