      Management cared about goals and made sure to meet with you at certain intervals to talk out your goals, etc.

      Cons

      On the nights sitters must work as cnas it was very overwhelming and that was not discussed during the interview. You do enough cna work as a sitter.

      Decent job, pay not great

      3 days a week, 12hr shifts to be full time. Benefits are decent. Make your own schedule 6 weeks out.

      Cons

      Pay is very low, even with experience. 4 year degree required but pay is bare minimum
