      Salary OK but every thing else needs major improvements, more about the bottom line not patient health or employee edu.

      OK salary, decent hours, OK medical benefits.

      Cons

      They don't always hire qualified support staff (no prior medical training). Outdated equipment, no annual or bi-annual training to keep up with current medical practices. OK medical but, bad dental and vision benefits.

      Mission Vision and Value statements all look good on paper.

      Cons

      Upper management has been in place for a long time, resistant to change and keeping up with latest technologies The pep rallies by senior management to employees get old. Benefits are very tough, high deductibles, loss of PTO time, now loss of jobs in NC market. Senior management talk the talk, they need to walk the walk. Little to no value for employee feedback and input. Many people in leadership roles who do not have the experience to do the job, it is who you know not what you know.

      Great team members Good benefits If you know the right you will be promoted Stable employment discounts provided with other companies just for being a novant emploee

      Cons

      Big brother is ALWAYS watching, promtion isn't based on ability but on who you know and what favors can you do for that person.
