      The management is awesome and incredibly friendly, especially the success advisor, Rebecca. If you have any questions or are facing any difficulties, they will respond in a timely manner and be more than happy to help you. I'm so happy I joined Novastar Prep as it lead me to gain more experience in developing my teaching and tutoring skills. I had no issue at all with any of my students and their families and was thoroughly respected while working with their child. Highly recommend working with this company!!

      Cons

      Parents can sometimes be inconsistent about scheduling or getting students to do homework. Usually the office staff are a useful and supportive go-between, though.
