Almost none. Good insurance but at the cost of your everlasting soul.

Cons

People mill. The reviews on here that are positive are BS posted by hilex managers. You can tell just by reading them that they are not genuine. Do not waste your time killing yourself for this terrible company unless you have no where else to go and even then I recommend not working for Hilex Novolex.

Pros

Not many. Most of my coworkers are awesome and easy to get along with so that's a plus. The money is good.

Cons

When I applied I was told we work 3 days off three days one week and then work 4 days off 4 days the next, sounds great but that never happens. You pretty much live there 72 hours a week, work 6 off 1. Management treats you like crap. They expect you to know how to fix anything and everything even if it's out of your pay grade and if you can't you're useless. I can go on and on.
