If you need a job. They are always hiring, through a temp service of course. If you like working overtime, they have it for you.

Cons

No chance of real growth for waged workers. They have this pay for skills system, that's a real joke. No annual raises. People that have been there 8 to 30 yrs make the same pay. MUST like EXTREME HEAT and being treated like CHILDREN.

Healthcare the best BCBS -you will need it working here from all the stress, life insurance-which I highly recommend for everyone to have due to the extreme heat you are exposed to; you could get a heat stroke, dental, vision and 401K, 2 weeks vacation time not the same as PTO.

Cons

No overtime for a woman because the lead on C shift (days) only gives it to the girl he finds the most attractive. I will not mention any names since it's already quite obvious. Don't even think about asking this lead for ANY overtime unless you want him to sexually harass you and make inappropriate comments and threats. Try reporting it and watch you become an issue. Management seems to not have any backbone to stand up for the employees and be concerned about their well being in situations like this. Here is what I have to say about that, if they don't care the EEOC would see it completely different.
