Pros

Pay is not below average. The employees are great.

Cons

Management follows unethical standards can careless about employees and their safety. Management has plans to improve jobs proccesses however, they are delayed by months. Not action takes place when incidents occur, nothing within the year at least. There is no support for employee job processes. Accountability is held only for attendance; however they do not hold that standard for anything else unless they are forced by the hand to do so. Long term employees are favored and get away with too much. They also have alot of diversity but no way to communicate with the diverse employees.

Pros

The benefits are pretty good, like most companies. You have dental, vision, etc.

Cons

The overall attitude of this company is that no one cares about anything and management really has no clue on what goes on down on the floor. There's really no pride to be had in anyone's role here., either. I'd say maybe one or two people do, but for the majority of them, it's just a paycheck and a chance to do the bare minimum.

Great place to work. Family type atmosphere.

Cons

Very high turnover especially for production. I attribute it to the area and lack of maturity in the work pool.
