Pros

A place I feel comfortable working at. I feel cared for by my boss, coworkers and HR. I enjoy the sense of competition in the market and knowing I play a role in that.

Cons

I'm not a fan of the hybrid work schedule. My personal preference would be fully work from home since the office is loud being next to the warehouse as well there is very little to no interaction required to fulfill the role.

Pros

Heritage Bag is the leading manufacturer of trash can liners and they continually invest in their equipment and employees. Their culture is very diverse and inclusive of all nationalities and ethnicities. They are a very stable company that continues to grow.

Cons

The working environment could use some improvements due to the temperatures in the summer and winter months.

The pay is okay for labor work

Cons

No communication between all departments so no one is ever on the same page. The company does not care for its employees. One of my friends got her hand caught inbetween rollers and smushed her from her fingers to wrist. They denied her a trip to the ER the night of the accident and pressured her to stay at work (illegal) then HR took 2 weeks to schedule her follow up appointment (Dr. Would not take her in unless work set it up for her). Workers comp Dr. said she needed surgery and HR told that employee “youre tough you dont need surgery, just keep working”. This is just one tiny example of how little they cared for anyone here.
