      Pros

      The employees are wonderful, dedicated and supportive of one another. Novolex is one of the few manufacturing plants in Northern Kentucky.

      Cons

      Hourly office workers are not eligible for bonuses even though they do most of the grunt work so the executives can collect their huge bonuses ever year. Punching a time clock in this day and age is degrading. Your job description? Toss is out the window. Your job will change on a daily basis and you'll be told it all falls under "and other duties as assigned".

      Pros

      As much OT as you can handle. If you like an extremely hot, unsafe, dirty environment, this is definitely the place for you!

      Cons

      Little to no training. Equipment is old and worn down. When it doesn't run you get blamed. Revolving door of management. Zero support from corporate.
