      There is nothing redeeming about this company

      They do not care about you. I applied and was ACCEPTED for the Desktop Support Specialist opportunity for a NuAxis government client. I was told the process to get my government clearance could take up to 6 months to complete fully. Once the government CONFIRMED THAT SAME INFORMATION, NuAxis pulls my contract and rescinds the offer. Im left out to dry for weeks, almost no contact whatsoever, and then the offer is pulled

      Pros

      Lots of positive talk and encouragement from the heads of the company. Had a lot of morale events such as happy hours and winter dinners.

      Cons

      Pay was terrible. I don't care about the occasional free appetizer if I'm not being fairly compensated. Even harder hit when the benefits are less than stellar.

      Benefits and PTO accrual rate are decent. Schedule flexibility etc.

      Cons

      Fast growing company but lacks the ability to maintain rapid growth and retain good employees. HR is not equipped to handle issues so don't bother.
