Culture is awesome! Regular one-on-ones with communication of how things are going Training provided when requested, and encouraged if you show initiative

Cons

Pay is below market, however other benefits make it difficult to leave. (namely the positive culture)

Pros

Very family oriented. The company likes to take very good care of their employees by providing such things as great health benefits, competitive salary, paid time off and government holidays. They have even been know to host holiday parties, summer picnics, and happy hours.

Cons

Honestly, I can't think of any. To my limited knowledge, there are no Cons to attest to.
