1. The CEO and COO of NuAxis are incredibly hard working and the most genuine people to work for. 2. Very understanding, hands on and always open to new ideas/ suggestions and always striving to do better. 3. They actually take the time to get to the root of any problem and addressing it in a prompt manner. 4. Fun company events 5. Family like culture encourages positive and happy employees

Cons

The company is growing rapidly so naturally a few growing pains exist but the company is working hard to make sure they are addressed promptly.

Pros

Senior management has created a very collaborative work atmosphere. They are very accessible and foster a culture where all opinions are valued no matter your title. The corporate office views the employees as their clients and goes above and beyond to make sure issues are taken care of in a prompt and proper manner.

Cons

Fast growth leads to people wearing many hats, but they handle it well!
