Pros

Good entry level IT experience. Team is helpful if you need it and has very good knowledge base for work. Current team lead and manager are awesome people and are easy to work for. Benefits are average at best, PTO is friendly, and overtime is non-existent (could be a con for some).

Cons

Corporate does not care about paying a fair wage even for staff that consistently goes above and beyond of what they are hired for.

The managers at all levels care about their employees. They are flexible when unforeseen circumstances occur and are always looking to go the extra mile especially now that we're mostly remote.

Cons

They expect a lot of their employees and have high standards for everyone's work product.
