1. nice trainingprogram 2. good campus 3. good amenities inside campus like lawn, library, cafeteria, sleep/sick room, activity room, gym, ATM, etc. 4. good location

Cons

1. very rigid timing 2. biometric sign in and sign out 3. applying online duty not allowed if failed to meet the minimum time spent at the office criteria, daily as well as monthly 4. huge discrimination amongst the tier 1 vs tier 2 vs tier 3 college students. 5. not much growth for freshers coming from tier 3 colleges because the budget for the salary is mainly allocated for the senior members and employees coming from top tier colleges 6. people from IITs/NITs would be preferred more everywhere, very biased system
