There are lot of learning opportunities in the company, also good work culture

Cons

Their pay package is not that great, moreover they are not good in paying bonuses. They give variable pay based on performance and please rest assured that you are not performing that well to get your complete variable pay in your hand as written in your offer letter.

Cons

Managers have unrealistic expectations. They give poor ratings if those expectations are not met. No mechanism to raise voice against unfair treatment by managers and seniors. Everything is treated like an emergency and sprint cycle is not followed properly.
