Some smart people in the teams trying to do good work. Industry itself can be interesting.
Cons
Management pass judgment within the first month of you starting — you’re not given the chance to actually be yourself or settle in. Zero trust from management, which leaves you second-guessing yourself constantly. I’ve been in the industry for many years with many different managers, and this is easily the worst management I’ve come across. HR is practically non-existent and gives the impression they simply don’t care. It feels disingenuous seeing management comment on reviews asking how they can improve — take a look in the mirror.
