Pros

Communication is good and the people in higher-up positions are timely to respond and helpful. Get to almost choose your own hours (based on families' schedules) and pay is good.

Cons

Schedule isn't consistent, no guarantee on hours, parents/families can be the biggest deterrent as with any job involving children.
