Fantastic group of people to work with, interesting things to work on, amazing work-life balance, shittons of food and swag provided.

Cons

Salary is very difficult to get up to market value if you don't start there, even with outstanding performance.

Pros

Got hired on straight out of school and I can only say that the culture and the environment I encounter 5 days a week are amazing. Where other jobs I have worked at have been competitive among the employees, there is a real sense of community and being part of a team. The benefits are excellent, and I feel there is real room for growth here.

Cons

Being recently hired I can only say that it takes a lot out of you at the start of things to get comfortable, but that's true of anything.
