The people, the culture, the product, the vision, the philosophy, the benefits, the opportunity to grow professionally, the excitement of working at a startup that's doing everything right.

Cons

The only negatives are minor inconveniences caused by rapid growth, and all transient--Nutanix has a long-term vision and is quick to adapt to the challenges inherent in explosive growth.
