Pros

Great benefits and they care about employee input on how they can improve. There are some great people who are super friendly and care about getting things done! Remote work is great too.

Cons

Not much room for upward growth. Not very sure how promotions are determined but there doesn’t seem to be a good framework to how people can grow outside of it being need based.
