Pros

Strong team atmosphere. Lots of thought goes into cross departmental cooperation and how processes and activities of one department will affect another. Strong focus on customer AND employee satisfaction. Very inclusive. Coworkers make you feel like a valuable part of the team from day 1.

Cons

Heavily remote environment poses same challenges as it would for any organization, but that also comes with its share of benefits.
