Constant, Constant Turnover. Every year major department shifts from mass layoffs or Employee exits. Entire departments have left or been let go in the course of two years. No opportunity to see any plans through, teams will work on projects and then with no warning or reason leadership will 180 degrees shift ideas and goals, this happens constantly with zero transparency, like a broken record. Management cares more about the perception of the company than actual growth and financial enhancements for all employees. Thanks for the free lunch and big office holiday party - but we rather have a raise. I read one review before starting that said it was a "small boys club" of a handful of guys who ran everything whether they were qualified for the decision they were making or not - couldn't ring more true and wish I had take that review to heart.
