From Sr. Leadership including CEO, to the newest entry level higher, this company only hires people who will fit with the 'Family' This is the first company I have been a part of that not only welcomes your input as a family but treats your fair and equal.

Cool company but management and culture really need improvement

Nice perks and benefits, genuinely kind, caring, and fun people to work with, cool products and opportunities to do fun things if you're on the brand side, ok work/life balance.

Cons

Salaries are low compared to industry standard and competitors, with little room for growth if you don't play politics and if you're not part of the boy's club. Promotions and raises are few and far between while VPs and up are clearly getting paid very well. Executive team has almost zero diversity, contributing to the boy's club culture that management perpetuates. Company growth plans are disorganized and change on a dime, and the downline pays for it. CEO has either lied about or grossly miscalculated certain things with what seems to be zero understanding of or regard for how it affects the people in the company.
