      Pros

      Incredible family feeling through out the organization. They care for their employees and show that through great pay and benefits.

      Cons

      Growing pains due to hyper growth over the past 6 years. A lot of people wear multiple hats. With such a young, hard working culture it can be hard to find balance at times.

      Product Benefits Coworkers Decent pay - if you pry about it

      Cons

      Was laid off without warning or context. Had year after year of "above standard" performance reviews and peer reviews. Have seen these layoffs time after time and you start to think it's only time before you can't avoid it. Requiring onsite now but will not reimburse gas/travel for local employees but are flying in out of area employees and paying or flights and hotels etc. Double standard here and pure favoritism.
