A Company That Actually Cares About Their Employees

Pros

Its rare that you find a company that gives you autonomy, competitive pay, great benifits, and great leadership from the top down.

Cons

Hard to think of any cons to be completly honest. Only con I can think of is that the company is growing so fast that it is becoming difficult to integrate everything which is a good problem to have.

I was recently hospitalized and what could have been a catastrophic financial event was almost fully mitigated by Pivotal's great healthcare plan. One doesn't always think of healthcare benefits as a reason to come to or stay with a company but speaking from my recent experience, they are a big factor that should be considered. I have a boss that was extremely compassionate during and after my hospital stay which really helped with my morale. I also heard from many members of senior management upon my return to work to wish me a speedy recovery.

Cons

No job is perfect but I have no material complaints.

They had a lot of acquisitions, so things were pieced together. Tools and programs need to be improved for efficiency
