      Some teams still try to maintain a positive culture despite the challenges

      Since Advent International acquired the company, there has been a clear shift toward aggressive cost-cutting at the expense of employees. Salary increases are often below inflation, and benefits have been quietly reduced or eliminated. Leadership decisions appear to prioritize short-term financial returns over long-term growth or employee well-being. Career growth opportunities have dried up, with promotions rare and internal development no longer a priority. Company culture is now driven by fear and instability.

      Unstable, Underpaid, and Undervalued

      Gained experience in a fast-paced environment. Remote work/flexible hours

      Cons

      Massive layoffs with little to no warning; job security is nonexistent. Extremely low salaries compared to industry standards. Poor management with unclear direction and lack of transparency. High turnover rate and unstable work environment. No clear path for career growth or professional development. Toxic culture with favoritism and lack of accountability. Minimal benefits and no incentive to stay long-term. Communication from leadership is often misleading.
