      Pros

      The organisation's culture is outstanding - the best I have worked with in my entire career. Nuvei prides itself as being an employer who advocates for a people-first mentality and work-life-balance schedule and it does so perfectly! I am learning so much on a daily basis in this worldwide business and truly feel I am enriching my skills.

      Toxic environment with favoritism and harassment issues

      You'll never do enough for this company!

      Cons

      Nepotism, favoritism, harassment is available in all forms, especially psychological/sexual. You can get ahead if your boss likes you and you make them look good. But you better drink that Kool-Aid or you'll be shunned. Most of the people at the top are friends, it's been like that for 15+ years. CEO is clueless and more worried about fitting into a racing car than managing his company. "People First" is what they think employees want to hear so they'll keep working like machines to run this "extra-lean" company. The only thing managers care about is revenue and productivity. HR is absolutely clueless when it comes to taking actual care of people. Watched someone be harassed and traumatized by their boss over multiple years and they blamed the victim instead of helping them. Horrible company, stay away.

      Great for experience/exposure, not so great for growth

      Solid client facing offering, global reach and a positive future outlook making sound logic decisions. Solid place to get experience/exposure to payments on a large scale!

      Cons

      Mergers and acquisitions have made the org structure confusing/pointless, tech has too many layers, no real growth opportunities.
