      -Big team. Flexibility for time off -hybrid model -global company

      Cons

      -low salary, compare to other members of the team -toxic leadership, especially from the team leader and director, who use a lot of discrimination -unfair allocation of bonus. some team members evaluated very low and some others very high -local HR in Cyprus support only managers and not employees, This lead to lack of trust for local HR
