      Used to be a decent place, now completely toxic post-acquisition

      The culture has drastically worsen since Advent International took over Toxic leadership, top-down decision making, and zero transparency Micromanagement and fear-based culture have replaced trust and autonomy Massive turnover—people are either leaving voluntarily or being pushed out No clear vision, strategy constantly shifting based on investor pressure Innovation is dead, and morale is even worse
