Pros
• Good team leader and colleagues within my department. • Decent culture at the lower employee level. • Fair compensation. • Initially provided opportunities to grow and evolve as a professional.
Cons
• Typical silo-induced intra-departmental communication/collaboration problems. • Too many egos within middle management leading to roadblocks. • Constant changes within management; seemed like many managers/C-level members were there to further their own personal/professional goals instead of collaborating with the other departments to achieve success. • Food-related events often failed to meet my dietary requirements, which we as employees contributed to financially.
