      Pros

      Great place to work! The Company, CEO, Senior Management put the employees first. Lots of opportunities to grow within the company, especially within our Operations team. The Company did an amazing job getting everyone working from home due to the Covid-19 pandemic, ensuring employees were set up well at home, and providing virtual events and activities to our employees, including virtual yoga, ELDO, meditation, nutrition, financial budgeting classes. There are so many talented, supportive and just good people overall working at Nuvei.

      Cons

      Allocate more time for employee training and career/personal development. Fast-moving/changing environment, but rewarding.

      Pros

      Learning about card payment processing. That’s it

      Cons

      - No care what so ever about employees and how long they’ve been with the company. - A true lack of talent recognition. - Very low Pay. - Higher management works off the back of the senior employees that are the true value of the company. - Hard work not recognized at ALL. I feel very bad for all the years I spent in this company (over 7 years). They laid me off to outsource my job after being laid off previously for having worked remotely. Weird environment, please don’t bother.
