Pros

- easy access for career starters / newcomers - informal friendly work environment, easy access to department representatives - company is growing and gains maturity over time - growth opportunities for career starters

Cons

- task assignment policy is biased towards costs saving, most of the time an employee leaving the company implies others would have to split her/his responsibilities and perform more than before - terrible resources planning, virtually everyone is overloaded with tasks and hence no one admits accountability for delays - lack of organization readiness for managing project and proper resources allocation - detached scattered offices in Quebec, Ontario, Arizona, Texas hamper communication and collaboration - wage gaps between US and CA employees - too many employees work remotely thus impeding effective business processes

Pros

Nice downtown location. Co-workers seemed nice.

Cons

I didn't last past the 3 week training as i thankfully got offered a job in my field of study but in that short time realized that they have little to no screening process when it comes to hiring. Only half the people that started the training went on to the floor. They do offer 3 weeks worth of training that can be painfully long if you have even half a brain. I'm a recent science graduate that was intrigued by the world of payment processing and was sold on the idea of growing within this company on my one single interview to get the job (first warning sign). Dispite the abysmal reviews of this place made by both ex employees and merchants(second warning sign) , I decided to keep an open mind and give it a shot. I soon realized on my first day of training that there is absolutely no real filtering process for this job I mean, there was even a guy who was obviously not comfortable using computers and it was very obvious(can't you tell that off the bat during the interview?). 80% of the training was spent arguing about irrelevant questions that could have been dismissed easily by a"yes"or"no" from our corporate trainer but were answered the most inefficient ways, creating even more confusion for some trainees. It's a shame though because I learned a lot about the PCI industry during my very short stay there but this place doesn't deliver on its promises of growth, not in a fair way anyway from what I've heard.

Pros

No pro's. See below for a detailed explanation. In short this is not a company that you want to work for. Most stressful job I've ever had in my entire career

Cons

Everything! Employees, culture, boiler room type sales environment, selling products that simply do not work. Brand reputation is horrible and anyone who decides to go with the services is always let down. Company lies about features and functionalities and as a result, the sales reps look terrible. Commission package is a joke, underwriting is so strict that if you happen to manipulate someone into buying the product/service, the mass majority of the time the deal is rejected by the underwriting team
